Yes, you can add and remove users at any time using your Digital Banking account.
No, this is a free feature for UnitedOne business members.
You can set entitlement users to have access to Bill Pay, Desktop Deposit, and E-Statements.
Please contact UnitedOne to request to have the Business Portal turned on for your business account.
The entitlement feature gives UnitedOne business account members the ability to add users in Digital Banking to manage their account. Custom limits and viewing privileges can be set for these additional users, allowing business members to maintain control while delegating tasks efficiently.
You can give entitlement users permission to view shares/loans, make deposits and withdrawals, and set their transaction limits. If permission has been granted for deposits and/or withdrawals, this includes transferring between the accounts the entitlement user has been given access to within Digital Banking.
