On your first sign-in attempt for Digital Banking on any browser or device, you will be required to retrieve a verification code from an email address or mobile phone number we have on file (aka 2-factor authentication). During this process you can opt to trust the browser/device you are using to skip 2-factor authentication on subsequent sign ins.

You can make a loan payment through Digital Banking any time you wish. You can make these by transfer from your UnitedOne savings or checking account. If your loan is under the same account as your savings/checking, you'll see your loan ID in your account list and can simply transfer your payment to your loan. If your loan is under a different account number, authorization can be set up to make the transfer to that account number very easily or you can use the "To Another Member" feature under the "Transfers" tab in Digital Banking. All you need to have to use the "To Another Member" feature is the other account number, loan ID and the member's last name.
You can join UnitedOne if you or an immediate family member live or work in Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Kewaunee or Door counties.
You can withdraw up to $1,000 at an ATM and $2,500 for point-of-sale (signature based) transactions. If you have the UnitedOne mobile app, you can adjust the POS transaction limit using the Card Controls menu option.
